After a win against University on the road, the Parkersburg South Patriots are looking to win two in a row for the first time all season when they host out-of state opponent Warren. The Warriors are coming off a tough 42-17 loss against the SEOAL leading Jackson Ironman, and want to get back to their winning ways. The Warriors were the victors of last year’s matchup against the Patriots with a 14-13 win.

Coach Bolen and his Patriots are motivated to turn the tables this year, and pick up a much needed win. “If we want to win we’re going to have to control the line of scrimmage, and not give up the big play on defense”, said Bolen. Coach Bolen can also look forward to having one of his best playmakers back on the field in tailback, Jordan Quiocho.

Ouiocho is coming off a one-game suspension after a personal foul two weeks ago in the Musselman game. “Jordan will be starting in the backfield, and is eager to get back on the field”, Bolen said referring to his standout Junior. Quiocho will have to run the ball well in order for the Patriots to come away with the victory, and boost their number 17 state ranking.
