Interviews will begin Sunday for the position of president at Marietta College.

The search has been narrowed down to the final three candidates from nearly 60 applicants originally.

The three candidates are Charlotte Borst, Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty at Whittier College,  Joseph Bruno, Professor of Chemistry at Wesleyan University, and Vincent Maniaci, President at American International College.

The interview process includes on campus interviews, meetings with faculty and students, as well as an open community forum.

The presidency became available when current President Jean Scott announced that she will retire in June.
