On this edition of Conversations from Studio B, Nancy Sinning speaks with some of the key players in the sixth installment of Soul of Athens.

Her guests include: Terry Eiler, co-founder and current director of the School of Visual Communication at Ohio University; Stan Alost, director of the School of Visual Communication and faculty coordinator of Soul of Athens; Senior Editor Jenny Johnson; and Meg Roussos, content contributor and recent winner of the Hearst Photojournalism award in the Picture Story/Series Competition.

Soul of Athens, an annual award-winning multimedia production, revolves around unique characters and compelling stories found in the southeast region of Ohio.

Since its inception, Soul of Athens has received national acclaim and, in terms of content and innovation, has been compared with leading national publications including National Geographic, The New York Times and The Los Angeles Times.

The publication is produced entirely by Ohio University students and goes live in an impressive 10-week time-frame. The sixth publication will go live May 30, 2012.
