President Obama's visit to Ohio University in Athens comes on the heels on the second presidential debate held at Hofstra University in New York.

OU College Republicans hosted a debate watch party on campus Tuesday night.

Communications Chair Dylan Gustafson says it's a way for the group to have some dialogue about the issues.

Athens County Republican Party Chair Pete Couladis attended and says he felt Romney had a strong showing in the town hall style debate.

“Well I don't know that anybody really won. I think the key here is for each candidate to defend their positions, clarify misconceptions and I think Romney did another great job of laying out his positions,” says Couladis.

Just three weeks remain before Election Day.

The candidates will face off for a final time October 22.
