An 86-year-old Philo woman is dead after a fatal crash in Zanesville Monday morning.

Zanesville Police Captain Tony Coury says Leonabelle Bobb was a passenger in 45-year-old Betty Foraker's car when it was hit by a cement truck around 7 a.m.

The vehicles collided at the intersection of State Route 719 and Moxahala Avenue.

Bobb was taken to Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, where she died.

Coury says another passenger in Foraker's car was 58-year-old Michael Foraker.

He suffered serious injuries and was also transported to Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.

Coury says the cement truck driver is John Snider, 64, of New Lexington.

The conditions of Betty Foraker and Snider are unknown.
