Another week is finished in the TVC-Ohio and Hocking, and the teams atop the conferences in both boys and girls play did not let their leads slip from their grasps.

In the Ohio, Vinton County still holds the lead, however Athens is hot on their trails in second place following their win over Alexander on Friday. In girls play, Athens still holds a one game lead over Vinton County and is still perfect in league play.

Over in the Hocking, the Federal Hocking Lancers' impressive season continues, as the team still holds first place after a pair of wins in the past week. The girls half of the Hocking is still dominated by the Eastern Eagles and Waterford Wildcats. With the Eagles currently holding a half-game lead, watching the race between those two teams down the stretch will be interesting.
