The electricity is back people in Boyd County Kentucky.
The Boyd County Office of Emergency Management said about 1000 people in the Catlettsburg area had their power turned on at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.
A warming station had to be set up at the Boyd County Courthouse for people with no electricity.
The office said five people used the station to get warm overnight.
The office said the power company cut electricity just after midnight to fix a burned power line.
