A Detroit man has been indicted on charges of attempted bank robbery and fleeing from an officer after allegedly trying to rob a credit union in Huntington.

A grand jury indicted Andred Davis, 32, Wednesday.

Police said on September 24 Davis tried to rob the First Priority Federal Credit Union.

Police received a tip before the attempted robbery, set up a SWAT team and arrested him after a short chase.

Police said Davis has a criminal history of robbery, all outside of Huntington.
