In today's day and age, it would be hard to come up with an exact definition of a leader. Each person in today's society has their own thoughts on opinions on what determines leadership status. Many think of President Barack Obama as a leader, while others may look to a coach or a parent for guidance in their everyday lives. For some, a leader may be a celebrity, or a famous athlete. And while there is no true defintion of a leader, there is also no true defintion of how to lead.

Ohio men's basketball's seniors D.J. Cooper and Walter Offutt are the definition of leading differently. While both have learned leadership skills throughout every step of their basketball careers, how they portray their leadership is different, both on and off the court.
