Athens Police Searching For Two Robbery Suspects
< < Back toPolice are searching for two men in connection with an armed robbery in Athens.
Athens Police Department Lieutenant Anthony Fish says two men forced their way into a house with a small gun and stole several items and money.
The robbery happened at 11 p.m. Tuesday at 73 Franklin St.
Fish says one of the suspects is described as a black man, 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a black puffy coat, black toboggan and a short goatee.
The other was described as a black man about 5 feet 11 inches tall.
Fish says there are no suspects at this time.
