Three people are facing charges after deputies say they pulled over a car with nearly a dozen containers used to make meth.
At least two of those containers were in the active process of making the drug.
Boyd County deputies say they arrested Brandon Gibbs after he sold a confidential informant meth in an Ashland mall parking lot.
Deputies also arrested Ashley Kirk and Barbara Moyer.
All three are charged with trafficking a controlled substance and manufacturing meth.
