A late blast of winter weather is causing slick roads Wednesday morning across Southeast Ohio.
Ohio Department of Transportation crews out of District 9 report slushy and wet road conditions on primary roads. Secondary roads are partly snow covered.
Drivers are reminded to use caution.
In West Virginia, 406 Appalachian Power customers are without electricity in Wayne County. In Cabell County, 115 customers are without power.
The winter weather advisory remains in effect until 1 p.m. Wednesday.
