Unplayable field conditions at the University of Dayton Softball Stadium have forced officials to postpone Wednesday’s doubleheader between the Bobcats and the Flyers. The first game of the doubleheader will now be played at 2 p.m. this Friday, March 15.
The 13-6 Bobcats look to continue their offensive success against a struggling Dayton squad. Led by Senior Lauren Gellermen, Ohio ranks 15th in the country in slugging percentage (.538) and sixth in the country in home runs per game (1.53.)
The Bobcats will take their home field for the first time this season on March 23 against Canisius.
