Marietta police are asking for help in a burglary and possible murder investigation.
Police found Billie Runnion, 80, and James Runnion, 50, severely beaten in their home on Emerson Avenue in Marietta in March.
Investigators believe there were thieves involved who were looking for prescription medicine.
James Runnion was treated and later returned home.
Billie Runnion spent time in a Columbus area hospital before she passed away earlier in May.
Police say whomever is responsible faces charges for aggravated burglary and assault, and possibly more depending on the autopsy.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Marietta Police Department.
