Minor Earthquake Shakes Glenville Area

The Glenville area has been shaken by another minor earthquake.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports that a magnitude-2.8 earthquake occurred at 2:09 a.m. Tuesday. The epicenter was 7 miles south-southwest of Glenville.
A Gilmer County 911 dispatcher says there were no reports of damage.
It's the second minor earthquake in the area in less than two weeks. A magnitude-2.7 earthquake occurred on July 20. Its epicenter was less than a mile southwest of Glenville.
