The Mid-American Conference announced Friday its annual All-MAC teams for women’s soccer, and Ohio’s Alexis Milesky received MAC All-Freshman Team honors, becoming the first Ohio freshman to do so since Mattie Liston in 2010.

Milesky tied for first on the team with four goals and 11 points. Her 32 shots throughout the season were second most on the team. The freshman also recorded three assists, which tied for second on the Bobcats' squad.

The forward is now the ninth player in program history to earn a spot on the All-Freshman Team.

With Milesky starting all 20 games as a freshman, the Bobcats went 7-8-5 overall and 3-5-3 in the conference. Ohio made it to the MAC Tournament for the 15th time in the 17-year program history, but was eliminated by No. 1 Eastern Michigan in the quarterfinals.
