Young Adult Fiction Author Featured At Muskingum University

Laura Moe will give a lecture and read from her works on Nov. 21

The Muskingum University Library Author Talk series will host a lecture and reading by Laura Moe on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 3:30 p.m. in room 18 of Cambridge Hall.

Moe writes young adult and middle-grade fiction. She has more than 20 years of experience as a middle-school and high school teacher and librarian, and holds a master's degree in creative nonfiction from Goucher College.

Moe has participated in many writing seminars, workshops and conferences and is an adjunct faculty member at the local branch of Ohio University and Zane State College. 

Her poetry and prose have been published in anthologies and journals including Mischief, Caprice and Other Poetic Devices, 5 AM, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Women's Words and most recently, Triskaidekan: Thirteen Stories for 2013

Two of her novels, Parallel Lines and Under the Veil, will be available for purchase and she will have a drawing for one free book.
