A Glouster man convicted in Franklin County of raping a child multiple times was sentenced Thursday to three consecutive life sentences, plus an additional 77 years to life.

Last month, a Franklin County jury found Lincoln Fox, 49, guilty of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 11 between January 2006 and September 2011. The jury convicted Fox on six counts of rape and 11 counts of gross sexual imposition, according to a news release from Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine.

The case was prosecuted jointly by prosecutors with the attorney general’s Special Prosecutions Section and Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien’s office.

On Thursday, Franklin County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Sheeran found Fox guilty of an additional four sexually violent predator specifications before sentencing Fox.

“Most of this victim’s young life was spent being abused by this defendant, so I believe it is appropriate that he will now spend the rest of his life in prison,” DeWine said.

The case was investigated by detectives with the Reynoldsburg Police Department.
