Ohio forward Maurice Ndour has been named Mid-American Conference East Player of the Week for the second time this season.
Ndour posted solid numbers in his last game against Evansville with 8 points and 6 rebounds. He also had an outstanding performance against Mercer when he recorded his first career double-double with 23 points and 11 rebounds.
The Senegal native is averaging 14.4 points per game along with 8.0 rebounds a game this season.
This is the third time a Bobcat has been named MAC East Player of the Week, as Nick Kellogg received the award earlier this season.
Ndour and the rest of the Bobcats will be back in action on Saturday when they travel to Rochester, Mich., to take on the Oakland Golden Grizzlies (1-7).
