Former Ohio Bobcat wide receiver Taylor Price has signed a one-year deal with the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday according to his representatives.

Price’s representatives confirmed that the deal is a one-year, minimum salary contract. The signing comes after Seattle wide receiver Golden Tate left the team to sign with the Detroit Lions.

The 26-year-old has missed a significant amount of playing time over the last two seasons with Jacksonville and New England due to a foot injury, totaling just five receptions for 80 yards in his young career.
