Two men are facing a combined 46 counts of obscenity, pandering and other charges involving minors, The Perry County Tribune reports.

The two cases are unrelated in all but the scope of charges each man is facing.

Twenty-six-year-old Clay Hooper of New Lexington was indicted recently on 28 counts of pandering obscenity involving minor children with each count either a second or fourth degree felony.

According to the indictment, the incidents date back to June 23, 2010. The indictment states that Hooper "did knowingly solicit, receive, purchase, exchange, posses or control material that shows a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity."

Anthony Boring, a 40-year-old male whose listed address is the North Central Correctional Institution in Marion, is facing 18 counts of pandering with each count involving a minor. According to his indictment, the charges against Boring date back to at least December 2011.

Trials for both Boring and Hooper will be held June 12 in Common Pleas Court.
