Route 7 between Belpre and Marietta reopened at 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Some firefighters stayed overnight at Greenleaf Recycling Facility just to make sure the fire didn't rekindle.

Route 7 was closed because a hose from the river was blocking it.

There's no word yet on what started the fire, though WTAP Television in Parkersburg reported the fire started near some diesel tanks, causing them to explode.

Dominion Gas also shut off natural gas service in the area.
