A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect until 7 p.m. for Tuscarwas, Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Belmont, Fairfield, Ross and Morgan counties. Areas under the advisory can expect 3 to 6 inches of snow accumulation.
In Athens, we can expect snow showers mainly before 2 p.m. today. Snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches is possible. Temperatures will be in the low 30s.
Tonight, a slight chance of snow showers continues, otherwise skies will be mostly cloudy. Temperatures will be in the mid teens.
A slight chance of snow persists through tomorrow and tomorrow night with a high near 28° and a low near 18°.
Conditions look to clear up for Wednesday, but another round of snow and sleet returns for Thursday.
Drier conditions are expected for Friday and Saturday with temperatures dropping below freezing to end the week.
