So far this winter we haven’t been able to complain about the cold. In fact, I didn’t wear a coat several days over my end-of-the-year vacation. But, it’s time. Winter is officially here. Temperatures will dip this week and snow is on its way. Time to put your fat pants on, make some comfort food and try to keep warm.
As far as I’m concerned macaroni and cheese is the ultimate comfort food. Although I don’t eat macaroni and cheese often (for fear I’ll have to get bigger fat pants) every now and then it’s necessary to indulge.
