Judge Gayle Williams-Byers of the South Euclid Municipal Court in Cuyahoga County acknowledges that there is a high degree of distrust by citizens of the legal system and of grand juries.

She feels that people don’t understand the complexities of the legal process and that judges, lawyers, prosecutors and police do not do a very good job of explaining complex legal processes.

In short, people don’t trust what they don’t understand and there is a rising level of public outrage about the judicial system from police interaction with citizens to prosecutors and courts.

Tom Walker of the National Alliance On Mental Illness talks with Leslie Powlette Stoyer about her experience with Perinatal depression, also known as Postpartum depression, which affects 10%-20% of new mothers. Leslie suffered from the depression after the birth of her first child, and reflects on the symptoms and her subsequent treatment with her psychologist.

Join the ABC Players for their upcoming musical adaptation of the book, "The Velveteen Rabbit", by Margery Williams, December 4-6 at Stuart's Opera House. Jodi Macneal, Director of the musical, sits down with the Assistant Director, Jenn Fritchley, and some of the young cast members to discuss their favorite parts of the production.

Show times are Thursday, December 4 and Friday December 5 at 7:30pm, and a Saturday matinee, December 6, at 2:00pm. All tickets are general admission, priced at $7. The show is being sponsored by the Ohio University Credit Union.
